We had a fantastic new year's eve at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the main street where we enjoyed the city's fireworks show. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated and the staff was super helpful in setting up the event. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from that catered to all dietary restrictions.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The bedsheets were a little bit stained and the bathroom had a few water droplets coming from the ceiling. Additionally, some of the staff members could have been more friendly and welcoming. we had a great experience during our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for any event or celebration.

Great location, very close to many attractions and transportation options. The room is well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The staff is professional and courteous, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was genuinely excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

While the hotel's location is fantastic, some of the amenities could be improved. The bathroom needs some attention, as it had a damaged ceiling with water droplets falling on the ground.

This hotel is located in a central area with easy access to various amenities. the rooms are well-lit and spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom is clean and has all necessary facilities. the staff provides satisfactory service. the catering service for events is exceptional, with a sprawling lawn and air-conditioned function halls.

There have been reports of inappropriate behavior by some staff members toward female guests, which is concerning.

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, peaceful location.
